Exchanges

Exchanges are available for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or any stains.

All swimwear must include the original hygienic sticker, tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

The exchange shipping fee within Spain (Peninsula) is €3.50, paid by the customer.

Canary Islands & International Exchanges

Exchanges are not processed directly. Please return the item and place a new order through our website.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, with hygienic sticker, tags and original packaging.

Returns that show signs of use, washing, stains, perfume or deodorant will not be accepted.

Return Costs

Returns are not free.

• Spain: €3.50 will be deducted from the refund
• International: €9.99 will be deducted from the refund

Before sending your return, please include a note inside the package with your order number and full name.
