How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number from the courier.
This tracking number will allow you to check the status and delivery progress of your order.
If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at hello@helswimwear.com 

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@helswimwear.com and include your order number.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
In some cases (such as unavailable products, payment issues or incorrect shipping details), the system may automatically cancel part or all of the order. If this happens, the cancelled items will be refunded.

How do I apply a promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the discount code field at checkout.
Once applied, the discount will automatically be reflected in your order total.

Delivery Time

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 24–48 hours (business days) within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on the destination:
Spain (Peninsula): €3.99
Balearic Islands: €4.99
Canary Islands: €9.99
Andorra: €3.99

Additional Costs – Canary Islands & Outside the EU

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or additional fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. HELS prepares the necessary documentation for customs processing.

International Shipping

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, ranging from €7 to €20.
Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days.
Shipping to Portugal costs €5.99 with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for orders within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with the original hygienic sticker, tags and packaging.

Products showing signs of use, makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scent or washing will not be accepted.

For exchanges within Spain (Peninsula), a €3.50 shipping fee will be charged.

Canary Islands & International exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order through our website.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, with hygienic sticker, tags and original packaging.

Returns that show signs of use, washing, stains, perfumes or deodorant will not be accepted.

Returns are not free.

  • Spain: €3.50 will be deducted from the refund
  • International: €9.99 will be deducted from the refund

Before sending your return, please include a note inside the package with:

  • your order number
  • your full name
This helps us identify your return faster.

  3. Select how you would like to return the item

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please provide a tracking number for the shipment. HELS is not responsible for lost packages.

All customs duties must be paid by the sender. Any customs fees will be deducted from the refund.

Personalized products cannot be returned.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued for the product amount, excluding any applicable return shipping fees.

For returns processed through Reveni within Spain (excluding Ceuta and Melilla), once the return is approved the refund is issued instantly.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund processing times:

  • Reveni (Spain, excluding Ceuta and Melilla): instant refund once approved
  • PayPal: up to 24 hours
  • Credit cards: 7–14 business days depending on your bank

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Products that show signs of use, stains, washing, deodorant or perfume will not be accepted.

All items must include the original hygienic sticker, tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

What are the product features?

All HELS pieces are carefully crafted using high-quality fabrics.
Each item is made with attention to detail to ensure comfort, durability, and a flattering fit.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Because of the fabric cut, the placement of prints may vary slightly from piece to piece. Each HELS item is unique.

How do I choose my size?

Bikini Care Tips

Swimwear is delicate and requires proper care to maintain its quality.

After swimming in the sea or pool, we recommend rinsing your bikini with cold fresh water to remove salt, chlorine and other residues.

Wash gently with a mild soap or detergent and allow it to air dry in the shade. Do not use a dryer.

Make sure the garment is completely dry before storing it.

Please note that some sunscreens, oils and lotions may contain ingredients that can affect the fabric or color of swimwear.

Product Availability

If a product you are looking for is currently unavailable, we recommend checking our online store again at a later time, as items may be restocked.

Product Warranty

At HELS, we take quality and craftsmanship seriously. Each item is carefully inspected before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@helswimwear.com within a reasonable time after receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Our team will review your request and determine whether the item qualifies for a warranty claim. If the claim is approved, HELS will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper use or handling of the garment
  • contact with sunscreen, oils, lotions, cosmetics or other chemicals
  • exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or prolonged sun exposure that may affect fabrics or colors
  • washing with unsuitable detergents or not following the care instructions
  • alterations, repairs, or modifications made after purchase

Items that show signs of use, washing, stains, deodorant, perfume or cosmetic marks may not be eligible for warranty claims.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture or print placement may occur due to the nature of the fabrics and production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit card may be declined for several reasons:

  • The card may have expired
  • You may have reached your card limit
  • Some of the payment details entered may be incorrect
