By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products

HELS strives to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or production processes.

Prices

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Orders

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. HELS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, payment issues or product availability problems are detected.

Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition, including hygienic stickers, tags and packaging. HELS SWIMWEAR reserves the right to apply a partial deduction to the refund in case of missing or damaged packaging/items.

Liability

HELS shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or circumstances beyond the company's control.
